Brookie Squall...

Went out this morning pre dawn. Beautiful morning....didn't even need the overalls. A good base layer and great pair of boots. Took a bit to find out how these finicky Brookies were biting but after we did we slayed em. And then..... We saw it coming. Snow squall out of no where. Couldn't even see our far traps. High winds and dumped about a half to 3/4 of an inch. The winds never stopped. You can see the squall coming over the hill behind me... But these beauties were both about 16in. And fat. Bleeding pretty bad so they ended up in the pan. Well worth the weather...
