Been getting a lot of new toys lately, (some last year only finally pulled out of the box today) So been spending the day getting all the gear ready for a trip on the ice on Thursday! The hut was bought last year but never got out so it only finally came out of the box today. The auger (Eskimo HC40) was picked up over Christmas break. Got the auger ready and all adjusted, early impressions are VERY good! Starts very easily on the first pull even after sitting out a couple hours in about -11 C temps. Now to build my smitty sled and get the new reels lined and rods ready!
