Yet another newb

Just registered and just started getting serious about ice fishing. Looking to fish western fingerlakes, I bay, Sodus, Silver etc. Have been ice fishing for 5 years or so but mostly on LOI for perch. Always looking to learn and teach what I do know.

WELCOME! One suggestion, that all of the old timers on here know, if you have a legal question, check with DEC. Don't blindly follow opinions on here, because not everyone on here is up on fishing regs. You don't want to get a ticket because some well meaning person was misinformed and passed that info on. Don't get me wrong. There is a lot of great info to be had here. Just double check when it comes to legal questions.
