With any luck I will be reviewing these next week. Just bought a pair at EMS in Bourne for $69

I'd buy another pair if I lost mine. I'm pretty sure I'll never have to replace them because they broke.

They can't be bad if ultra light winter bikers swear by them when other people would be wearing crampons!

I got mine last Saturday and used them Sunday and Tuesday. Unreal, walk entirely like you're not on ice. Yup u can run a pass route on ice if you wanted to. You do need a solid sole to prevent them from pushing into the bottom of your foot which would lead to discomfort. I give them a 10. At around $60 they sound expensive but the quality is there. It's not much compared to getting a concussion (Got one last year falling on ice on my front walk) or breaking your arm.

I had one of the rubber pieces break. Don't know how. Most likely I nicked it with one of the spikes from the other boot. Both Kahtoola and EMS said they would replace them. Kahtoola suggested EMS as they would be quicker. EMS service was great. Service lady called the Marlborough Store had the last set put aside with my name on it. Picked them up with no questions asked. 2 year warranty is more then you find on most products. They won't fall off or shift on your boot. Quality all around. A perfect case of you get what you pay for.

Used mine today on the ice, not a slip fall or anything in between. I wear my gortex hiking boots and dont feel any pressure on my feet. If you use them with a softer sole you can feel some pressure at each spike but these are the best Ive owned,

I liked them so much, I shot the entire 2015 ice fishing budget and bought three pairs a med, a large and and extra large! It was the only way my wife's winter boots, my work and heavy hiking boots and winter boots could be covered.

I don't usually like to review or comment on product, but since this has only two materials and both seem bomber, I have to say these are worth the money so much so that I wouldn't want to be on ice without them anymore. Love these.

All day on the ice with the Microspikes. I blew the seasons ice fishing budget on three pairs, and I have no regrets. These things are weapons!

I've got size 11 sorels and the large kahtoolas could fit bigger. I think ems has them in stock usually so you could try them on.

I am a size 11. I ended up buying a medium, large, and an XL

The medium fits my wife's gore tex winter boots and also my Merrell Winter Mocs (which is my casual winter shoe)

The large fits my uninsulated Red Wing work boot, my heavy mountain hiking boot.

The large fits my Keen Summit boot ( pack/hiker hybrid type) which I snowshoe, winter hike with

To answer question about the size 13 pack boot....I am not sure....the XL might work

I don't think it would stretch over my NEOS Navigator 5's! But I will check those things are monsterous!

I've got size 11 Sorels that have a safety toe. The XL fit but I wouldn't count on them going much more than a half size over that.

As mentioned above...try them first if you can.
I wear a size 13 and even though their size chart says they will fit up
to a size 13.5, they do NOT fit on my Rocky Blizzards.

I heard this was a concern for others but I wear size 13 boots (Cabela's Inferno™ 2000 Pac Boots) and they were able to slip over them....just need a little muscle :flex: :flex:

Ordered a pair last Fri. sight unseen just from all the reviews I read on different threads here.  $51.00 delivered from KTP.  I hope they are as good as every one says they are because that is almost as much as I paid for the boots I am putting them on  ::)

I've had mine for three or four years, by far the best cleats you can own for the ice.  Nothing else like them. Worth every penny you spend to not end up hurt from a bad fall. Nothing worse than the sound of a someone's head hitting  the ice. Why take the chance? Besides, this GOD doesn't bounce.

I took a good spill the other day with my cheap stretch on's.  I came home and said to heck with the price, it is worth it and ordered them.  Of course now we will have snow covered ice for the rest of the season
