Snaussages
« on: Jan 12, 2015, 10:15 AM »
In a frying pan, put a few breakfast saussages in there with a big cut up onion and green pepper. Fill with water (yes, water. Bear with me) and add a generous amount of garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and currie powder (to taste). Get it boiling, and let it simmer until most of the water has evaporated. In a separate pot, cook rice as you normally would, but throw in a tablespoon of butter. When everything is ready, chow down! I like to put soy sauce on my rice.

You can pre-cook everything at home and just re-heat it at the shanty. Fills you up!
