Milwaukee Harbor Ice
« on: Dec 22, 2014, 06:04 PM »
My 5 year old grandson has relocated to the greater Milwaukee area.  Is there a contact person, baitshop, or organization where I could get information on safe ice on the harbor?

I would like to get him into a nice trout or two.

Kind of a long drive south for me to not be certain.

You can find the camera here:  http://glsf-oz.org/cams.html

Otherwise contact R&R Fishing Hole (414) 481-6888

It'll be a bit yet.  There's no ice at the moment... and temps aren't looking to get cold enough until maybe this weekend, but probably next week should lock up McKinley.  For now, I'm still busy kayak fishing the harbor and catching browns :)

Any updates on ice and bite? Leaving Friday to head over for the weekend.
