Tried to Make a day of it. (Didn't Work Out.)

Got to the ice at 8:00 left at 10:00.  Pulled up a fish every time down.  Kinda disappointing.   Didn't get to try different jigs.  Drilled three holes.  1 for jigging.  2 for tip ups.  Gave some away I only wanted 15.

Cadillac and Mitchell I think have around 8" ice from what has been posted on Michigan site!!

I admire you guys who will drive such a distance to go ice fishing.  Not for me, but if it were, and I drove 5 hours to get there, I think I would catch and release a little while longer....Two hours and it's over?

Had my limit in 2 hours.  So it was a short day.

My work moved me up to portage wisconsin for the winter.  So I only drove about.  12 min.

Yes 25.  Some lakes have a 10 gill limit.  I gave 10 of mine away.  Staying at a hotel with a small kitchen.  Didn't want to clean to many in there.
