Under Water Camera
« on: Dec 18, 2014, 08:43 AM »
I have been using a Vexilar for about 10 years now and never wanted anything more but I have a little extra Christmas cash burning a hole in my pocket and was thinking maybe its time to buy a new toy. Does anyone have any experience with the under water cameras and/or any recommendations? I have been watching YouTube videos and kind of thinking one could really benefit by being able to see how the fish are reacting to your presentation.

I use a Marcum 625sd, and don't leave home with out it....excellent tool!

The difference between an 8" hole and a 10" hole is.....a 10" hole will usually give you your boot back!

In the food chain of life...its not good to be referred to as: "a good eating size".

That Aquaview Micro seems to be hottest one on the market right now but the price, YIKES! I wasn't expecting that much. Need to do some more research. Do I really need the color display? Marcum has a cheaper black & white model.

Does anyone want to buy a 10 year old FL-8? LOL

I saw a guy post this on the other forum: http://cfish.com

It's only $200.  A couple guys posted to say they had one and liked them. I'm thinking about getting one myself...

I just got a Marcum PanCam and use it with my IPad and phone. Great pics and video capabilities. Rotates 360 degrees with the swipe of the finger.
