For a nonresident fishing license the cost is $14.00 daily and $92.00 for annual. I haven't lived in that area for a couple of years but there was a gas station/convenience store that sold licenses in Lovell.

There are 2 places in Lovell, U-Pickem minnows right at Oasis junction and the Conoco Gas station on the east end of town has minnows as well a place to buy a  license

Go to U-Pick-EM Minnows, the minnows at conoco are very very small and not worth buying..

U-Pick'Em Minnows 307-272-2679 Jackie or 307-272-4769 House, give them a call to make sure they will be around when you need minnows, since sometimes they are out checking their traps. They will get up most days at 06:30 a.m. if you call and let them know you want to get them that early....
