Crooked Creek Marina
« on: Dec 17, 2014, 10:34 AM »
Has anyone fished crooked creek yet this year? How is the ice & fishing over there. Also does anyone have any experience with the rental cabins over there? Was thinking of try to book a cabin if not all gone and making a weekend trip.

Thanks in advanced for any info.

Have not fished it this year yet. Check the conditions page for more updated info, I might have heard that there was ice at crooked creek but not sure.
As for the cabins, they're very basic with no heat but people tend to use them, I never have. I just crash in the shanty. Not sure If the marina is even open in the winter.
Definitely give an update if you go soon! Good luck.

The Cabins are real basic, couple beds, a loft and that's about it.  Bring your own heater, propane and cooking gear.  They're definately nice to have access to if you can get ahold of the guy running it.  I've called several times the last two years trying to book a trip and can't ever get a call back.  I see people using them so I must be doing it wrong.  ???
