waxies and maggots

just wondering if anybody has tried ordering from this Knutsons bait that is on the beginning of this site? they say they ship to Canada. there prices on waxies and maggots are great,  but they probably charge crazy shipping . any info would be great thanks

I haven't but seeing your in Brockville it's not that far of a drive for maggots to Carpins in  Ingleside there is also a shop in Morrisburg can't remeber the name though. I usually go & 500 to start.

what do u pay for 500? the pet store in town wants 20$ for a 100 and atleast a quarter of them r usually black and dead.

I've paid $15-$20 for 500 & $30 for 1000. I've never got black dead ones from either of the stores. I can usually buy them in December & keep em fresh in my bar fridge till end of the season.

Hey Cory. I BELIEVE wingthing is referring to maggots at carpins.
If your looking for wax worms email me at [email protected]. I will likely be doing a bulk order from a reptile retailer and if we get a few guys in on the order the prices drop ( around 20 bucks for 250 I think)
I like the wax worms , I find them tougher, and bigger. You only need 1 on the hook instead of 3 or 5 maggots.
