Hey guys,
I ran across this board today while looking for fishing reports for both ice fishing and open water. Normally I do a decent amount of fishing up at Thomson Causeway, but didn't this past spring/summer due to the wildly fluctuating water levels. I have a buddy that hunts the public area around Thomson Causeway/Potter's Marsh and he mentioned seeing guys out on the ice. Aside from yellow perch, I'm assuming the bluegill and some crappie can be found through the ice there? I haven't been ice fishing in more than 17 years and was seriously considering buying some gear. Any place near there that a guy might find some walleye through the ice in addition to the slabs?
