probably too much of both.

Just as long as I can still get up and go fill a couple doe tags on Red Friday.
There is only one theory about angling in which I have perfect confidence, and this is that the two words, least appropriate to any statement, about it, are the words "always" and "never."

That looks like something that happens when you drink too much of that combo. Did the neighbors cats get into it? Lol

Smoke the turkey so it taste like ham! Only way I can eat the buzzards is by smoking. Give it a nice garlic paste rub down then whatever your favorite dry rub is. 10 minutes a lb at 250 and make sure that internal temp hits 160. I crank it on high at the end crisp up the skin a bit. I uses some Alder berry and reds apple ale in the pan packed the smoker pan full and let it cook. Turned out amazing cut across grain with fork. If that test fails I throw the buzzard away.

That looks good.  I have a bird I'm going to do in the smoker here soon.  I have never smoked one but looking forward to it.  My sister has a recipe of some brine that she soaks the bird in for 24 hrs.  I'm thinking a smoked bird would go great with some of my homebrewed beer.  I have a little bit of my fall pumpkin ale left yet, i'm guessing it's not going to make it through the weekend.
