Eskimo 10" flight on a Tanaka 270 Power Head

Good afternoon!

I thought I would ask this question a little closer to home.  Does anyone know if one sells or can machine up an adapter so a 10" Eskimo flight could connect to a Tanaka power head?  Thanks in advance. :)
