The small lakes in the Valley have more than enough ice for fishing but haven't heard from anyone I know about the Kenai lakes. Good luck on getting out.

    I am with you I do not like to travel.  I was out for a little bit this morning but all the trout are safe. Wind takes the fin out of a slow bite. Good luck on getting some safe ice.

We did have safe ice the weekend before last but I'm sure it isn't safe now.
I'll be home on the 2nd of December from the slope and I'll post a report if I find any ice then.
