The pink stuff worked for me today. Caught 3 Rainbows at Carson.

Chop, I have used them on small spoons, jigs, and plain hooks.  It really comes more down to what the trout are feeding on at the time.  Ive found them most effective on small spoons though.

I'm a big fan of gulp chunky cheese. But it's definitely lake by lake. Collect them all, it's fun.

Lol.

I have so many of these baits. Done well for perch once on the none glow, white maggots.

No luck on anything else since.

I keep collecting.

Lol.

I like the pink power bait, sometimes the shrimp off a shrimp ring work great. If the fish arn't bitting, you have a snack too.
Gonna get me a 16" Perch this year.

I like the orange power bait,  it has that fishy smell and it looks like cheese.

I used to use the traditional powerbait dough in rainbow. I had great success. Now I like to buy a variety, some of my favorites being the Gulp Hellgramite in 1.5 inch, the Gulp Euro Worm, or Gulp Anglerworm.
I hate to admit it but the best one of the bunch would be the Hatchery Pellet formula in the dark brown colour. ;D
