ONEIDA LAKE DIEHARDS THREAD 2014/2015

Time to fire up the new diehards ice thread!  Looking forward to this ice season as usual. If your new to this thread welcome aboard! Updates on ice up will be posted as well as ice conditions throughout the season.....and of course all the usual bustin chops that goes on here  ;D  tight lines to everyone and hope to be on the hard water soon.

I've been waiting for this thread to pop up. Always a good read with a lot of great info mixed in. I only made it down once last season and all I can say is what an Awesome fishery you guys have.

Cant wait to get on the hard water again.  :icefish:

I'm going to check water temp later today, but watch it drop 7-8 degrees this week!
Next 7 days no warmup, half the days not above 32 night temps in the teens & windy nearly all week.

Was on a lake this morning with the boat in Pa this morning. Could not make it to our spot because 1" of ice formed on the back end. Water temp was 33deg. 25' of water. Looking good.  :icefish:

I'm hoping to meet many of you this year as I begin to learn the ropes for targeting eyes. I'll be running the IPA Tournament out of Apps on February 15th - I hope to see you there!! Bartel's and Apps are both weigh-in stations for the Winter Classic for those who want to go after some major cash!!
