YES! It's that time of year again. The 2014-2015 ice map page is up.  Ice coming to a lake near you!
Shout out on this thread when you have ice in your area.

Iceshanty (Admin) Responded to my PM and said the Ice Map site is down and beyond his control! I'm sure that as soon as it's back up and running we'll be seeing it again!!   :icefish:

No Ice in Alberta, Canada yet. Late season this year. Might not be doing the hard water thing till Dec. this year. Usually the ice is forming in Oct. Snowing in Edmonton (central Alberta) today so thats promising. I like Ice but hate snow.

Went out today to check out a couple of lakes that are new to my hit list this year. No solid ice yet, a few smaller lakes that are about 75-80% covered with a skim.

Smaller lakes are skimmed over in Eagle River and St. Germain. ..as long as we dont get dumped on with more snow , this year should be the earliest I have ever been out..

The ice was great for a couple of days, but the (polar vortex) has moved east so  I guess  ::)it's back to the fly rod!
