Looks like you're off to a great start. I would add a live decoy pin but not everyone uses live bait. You will also need something to get the ice chips and slush out of the hole. I use a big minnow net and a frying pan I drilled holes in.

yup as stated get a nice big minnow net for the slush and have you figured out an anchor spot for your spear also keeping in mind that you don't want any light to get in this includes the light that is givin off by your heating device (NO REFLECTIONS IN THE WATER). Make sure the seat your in will be comfortable for long periods of time crouching forward. And don't foget a wood saw to cut some limbs if need be to put in the hole after your done. Other wise it looks like your set, good luck!!!!!!
