Local targets for your area.
« on: Sep 09, 2014, 10:07 PM »
Just wondering what everyone is going to target for lakes, ponds, and fishing spots in your area.

I'm going to be attempting to pin down some fish in Ada Hayden.  I know it's only a matter of time before trout are released but I'd like to see if I can find some crappie to go along with 'em, trim down this broke college student's food bill a little  ;D

I'm on walleyes as soon as I get hard water. One trip to LOTWs for late ice Pike, but the rest of the season I'm chasing walleyes around NE Wis.

Around here I'll go for whatever will bite! I'd like to find a good hole for perch but it's mainly crappies and gills for me.

Mainly crappie and gills in local smaller lakes.   Want to make couple trips the reservoir and try some walleyes.  Wish we had some perch in the area.

I wish we could have some nice perch somewhere around here. I don't know if they just don't do as well in this part of the state or what. Planning a trip to Webster, SD this year. Hope to get on some good perch and walleye. Either way it's always fun taking a trip with friends.

The goal is always walleye, but we tend to catch more perch and pan fish. No complaints as we are putting fisdh on the ice and always fun.

Black Hawk, since it's 5 minutes from me, farm ponds, Moorland Pond for trout if I can get on the ice before my stamp is dead, and I'd like to make it up to Storm a time or two.

A few ponds up here near SC.......but don't usually waste time on IGL's anymore.  Go SD to catch eyes, pike and huge perch.
