Old sonar flasher

I have the opportunity to buy an old Micronar Fl-8 for$100 is that a good deal? It's old but works. It should work like the vexilar Fl8 right? I know that they are basically the same thing. Any ideas thanks.

I bought a Micronar fl8 close to 30 years ago for $45 and my son is still using it. Never any problems with it. The display isn't bright like the newer ones, but he likes the fish alarm feature.
