Good morning all!

They are probably right Eddie! We had such a good covering of ice and now it is all being jeopardized by the warm weather. It is suppose to take a slight turn to the cooler side as the week goes on, but the last couple of days really hurt.

Good morning.   Getting really tired of this stupid weather...  Yesterday was freezing rain and snow showers all day and this morning its 28* and raining.... >:( >:(

Morning Eddie,

35* and light rain right now. Headed to the mid 40's :'(

Today is the day I get my hunting stuff ready! I've been waiting for deer season to end so I can get into the woods. I haven't had the time to hunt for the last number of years. Almost gave it up and came close to selling my firearms. Thank heavens that little voice in the back of my head kept saying NO!

Tomorrow I'll be stalking the woods for small game. Squirrel hunting was always my favorite. There seems a bumper crop of the little buggers this year and I have some spots  ;D

Anyway, have a great day everyone!

Good Morning Guys!

The temps took a drop overnight, Went from 50 down to 22 with snow and ice covered roads.It's going to be an ugly commute for those heading out.

I will be happy once this day is over. 2 hours and I go in for a double hernia surgery. They say the next few days will be rough. Always something!

           Good morning guys,
                 I'm late again, I haven't been feeling the best the last few days and yesterday I really took a turn down hill, I was in bed at 7:30
          and got up around 6:45. I feel like a wrung out dishrag, my stomach is churning, not good for me. I hate being sick. :%$#!:

Good Morning Guys!

First off, Thanks a bunch for the Best Wishes and PM's, very much appreciated. Yesterday was a dog fight after I woke up. The double hernia surgery went well, and they had things meshed together in just under two hours. They tell me today will be the worst one so I am up keeping my pain medicine on schedule. Things are pretty sore right now, and recovery will be 6-8 weeks. Maybe everyone will have ice by then!

Thanks again! Pretty dang nice!

34* no wind and foggy here this am....what a day for ice fishing, if we had some good ice!
Whopper...glad to hear the surgery went well, best wishes for a speedy recovery! Hope the meds keep the pain in check.....wow!
Jeff...hope you're feeling better today as well.
RG...best of luck with the bushy tails today. Perhaps some new material for tying fly's as an added bonus?

                   Boy, my problems sound insignificant compared to WS's, he a tough guy and will get through it, after all he is an ICE               
            FISHERMAN! I wish you the best a speedy recovery.
                   It's supposed to be another warm day, which isn't good for ice making, I hope this weather changes soon.
                   I need some coffee and then, I have to drive my girlfriend back to her home town for a doctors appointment, 115 miles.

Still kicking here. Just seems like everything I do is in slow motion. I go in to see the Surgeon on the 24th so he can check out the stitches. I sure am glad there is no major snow in the forecast, I would have a hard time  watching the wife shovel  ???
