Good Morning all, TV is out, real wet snow last night, and still snowing, Work day again today, and from looks at the radar, its not seeming to go anywhere very fast, although Thunder storms are also in the forecast. Mother is not going to like me saying she will have to wait for the snow to melt off the dish. Im sure not going on the roof. oh yeah 32* and holding

What I have done is just put up a ladder and get the garden hose out and wash the snow of the dish. You don't have to get on the
roof.

Good Morning Guys,
41* and calm in the Hilltowns this am, mid to high 60's expected. The ice is officially gone here on the local lakes, still a few small pockets of snow holding on, but they'll be gone soon also. Buds are appearing on the trees, and things are starting to turn green....it's Twitterpating season again!

I'm heading about 60 miles south for a concrete pour, hard to pass up the time and a half pay today....I think its time for me and half for the Government....we won't go there!

Good Morning Eddie, Good morning everyone in the ER this fine Saturday!

We will have one more day of 70 then the rain moves in and a cool down begins. The thermometer won't get real crazy but we will get back to the 40's and a chance for a little snow on Tuesday.

Yesterday the SIL talked me into skipping wood making and going to our shack to tromp the woods for the day. I was amazed, only 2 wood ticks total

It was a beautiful day in northern Wisconsin.

Good morning all Looks like its going to be a nice day (except that I have to work).. Upper 60's but windy later.. Hope to hit a trout stream this afternoon if I fave time...
Still a lot of ice on the lake and our trip is in 11 days...

Last year the ice went off on the April 26th.. I hope this isnt one of those years we get there and 1/2 the lake is still frozen....

34* and clear here this am, high of 60 expected. Got my first sun burn yesterday....it reached 78* down in the Kingston NY area where we were working. Hoping to get a little fishing in today at some point.
Cawfee's brewing...pancakes at 7.
Hopefully the rains coming in this week will take care of the ice on the lake for your trip Raquette.

Got some more last night after dinner. I have more than enough bullhead now. Time to move on to the search for Crappie.

49 and looks like the rain has passed through the area. I'll pick up some minnows after breakfast with the boys and hit a few spots. Built a new crappie rod to play with out of a garage sale 9' , 5 wt fly rod. I think it's gonna be fun

Good Morning Boys!

Our high is supposed to only be in the low 40’s. A far cry from the 70’s of last week. Today we even get some wind chill.

With the winds and scattered showers we are going to wait for a nicer day to start a trimming project. I am in hopes of spending some time with the wood splitter.

I heard a funny story yesterday that I wanted to share with you guys today.
The jobsite I'm on has a zero tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, etc.. They tossed a guy off the job site as Security caught him selling Viagra in the lunch area to guys for $5.00 a dose as I was told...imagine?

Not sure if the guys caught on video buying it got tossed or not. I would imagine they would be as guilty as the dealer....

Good Morning Eddie, IFF, The rest of the ER

Crazy stuff Eddie LOL. Hopefully they planned to wait with taking it until they were home

Supposed to reach a high of 50 today, but the dang wind just won’t quit. Yesterday the wind chills were in the mid 20’s with rain and snow about every 15 minutes, then sun for a couple and then back to the rain and snow.

I was able to get a couple of trailer loads of wood split yesterday, now I have to wait until Friday.

I am off to the jungle for a day of trimming.
