Sounds like we didn't make it to April ice like i thought might happen this year. There maybe a very few in the extreme north still cutting holes but the majority didn't make it. It was the best year of ice fishing this 50 yrs of fishing veteran has seen. In fact i got tired of it( pardon my poor choice of words) by the time i called the dogs in. I hope I'll be ready for next season. Any one want to take an early guess when that will be. I'll make the first, Dec 24Th.
