I was wondering how I rank? I have kept pretty good records, I made it out 18 times. I am guessing most of you made it out more than me.

I didn't keep a good track but I would guess right around 17-20 times. Not enough!

I'm gonna say over 40 times, but more than half of that was for 2-4 hours at a time max. I had a lot of days that I would sneak out for a couple hrs but couldn't fish all day

I keep a ice fishing log to look back on my buddy and I fished 16 times total. It seems like a lot more but isn't. We did though stay on the ice for ten hour days.

I'm not sure exactly, but I must've made it out over 20 times, and a couple of those days I went to multiple bodies of water. Probably didn't make it out quite as much as last year, but close!

I got in at least 45 trips this winter, some only half day efforts though.

Only 13 times here and 9 of those were skunks. Every year I swear I'm going to get out more and to different places, but reality seems to get in the way. Next season my boy will be 5 so it'll be time to toughen him up and get him out on the ice for more than an hour or two. Just need to bring lots of snacks and hot chocolate I guess..oh and maybe something for him too...

i did 28 trips (so far, hoping for 2 more outings) each a 10+ hour day on the ice. I also went lake smelting 15 times for about 3-4 hours a trip. spent some time trapping shiners and whatnot as well. probably 5 or 6 trips out doing that.

skunked once due to faulty hooks (circle, ill never use em again) pike fishing. missed 4 decent fish that day. Hit a couple new waters, fished in some extreme weather... but, who didnt this winter... pulled up everything except a brown :/ still got a chance though. didnt catch any monsters, but i had good numbers this year. next years goal is to catch one worthy of the wall.

Only went to sebago so far this year. I have a hard time going anywhere else when sebago freezes.13 trips 4-8 hours should get out a few more times.

I made it out somewhere around 40 days, I took 3 weeks vacation this year and fished everyday but a couple sundays that's 19 right there. With my screwy work schedule I only work an average of 14 days a month, leaving a lot of extra time for outdoor activities.

most of that was due to Winter and Spring break, but hey... I'm not complaining.

Around 40 days for me, Probably 1/3 of those were 4-5 hour afternoon efforts.

I made it out 14 full days. My family isnt into it as much as me so didnt fish saturday and sundays. It was either or to keep the peace. At least my wife and daughter like fishing from the boat.

i made it out 32 days. I had a pretty good year with only 7 skunk trips, two of which were at Middle Range (my nemesis). I want one more trip my birthday weekend April 12- 13 and then Ill hang things up. I caught a good handful of browns, my first catches of lakers and salmon, plenty of yp and some monster bass, tested some new waters with success, visited old waters with mixed results. My only two trips to Sebago were skunks, so im thinking either finishing the season there or middle range to try and break the streak. GREAT SEASON!!

Every weekend here.....And the last month two to three times a week DURING the week.I'm gonna close the shop early today and go out for the afternoon as well.....Soon it will be all boat.

Frm jan1 to last weekend, made it out every Friday(work. 4 10's )and one other day over the weekend. Aldo had a couple mid week trips thrown in. Should be right st 28 times.

Only 11 times on the ice so far. May try another time or 2. On the other hand, I had 16 outings on open water over the winter. Best winter ever for open water, which is surprising.

I know that you can fish before Jan 1 and can still fish. But the season is really only 100 days or so. Some of you guys may really have a problem

Like, you need to see someone for your fishing addiction

I really thought that 18 was a lot, but some of you make me feel like I need to get with it. I will try to do better next year.

Only made it out 13 or 14 times.Got skunked all but 5 times never had such bad luck as this year. But I still enjoyed getting out on the ice even if I don't catch anything they all go back any ways.

I'd guess 15-18, many times family and local friends but probably fished with atleast 10-12 different shanty members over the course of 3 "away" trips, good times.
