I ordered a grill from Mr. Heater. I modified it slightly, drilled holes to hold it to the heater and it lays across the existing grill. It is easily removed if you wanted too. Here's a couple of more pics.

11-22-14. earliest fishable ice in pennsylvania in a looong time. 3 1/2". here today, gone tommorrow unfortunately.
