anyone been out to mazonia or SWSC?

im pretty sure the ice is still good, none the less, anyone out since the thaw? anything worth reporting? i want to hit mazonia for pike, anyone got a favorite lake for them?

Xlbuck is at the club now, ice is 11" and edges are solid.

not a sniff at SWSC, hit pondo and iced 5 nice chunky gills. ice was down to 6 inches on pondo and falling apart by the minute.

I think I will try pondo tomorrow then. Any tips you can share???

follow the shoreline to the left off the boat launch and fish any of the open holes you find. there are a slew. fish were about 7 feet down on white/glow jigs tipped with a smashed waxie and you had to hole hop. be safe. the ice was getting  fast near shore. hopefully it gets as cold as they say tomorrow.

I did. Brutal conditions with the wind. 5 keeper gills and one bass. Ice is starting to needle...

I finished my season last evening with a good haul from a local pond.
