Dyken Pond access
« on: Mar 13, 2014, 02:06 PM »
Was thinking of trying Dyken Pond this weekend.  I was wondering if there is anywhere else to access the lake besides the environmental education center?  Shoot me a PM, thanks.

Not unless you know someone who lives there or has a camp. You could try parking along the road where the dam is but I'm not sure if the locals frown upon it

Yeah, I was wondering if you could park at the dam.  Not sure yet, but might try somewhere else, plenty of lakes around.

Whatever you do, dont drive down to the end of dyken pond road to access where the dec map shows public boat launch. The lady who has a house at the end of the road threatened to shoot me last year!!  She was claiming that I drove over the top of her septic tank and broke it. I was in the damn road????
