I have well over 100 pounds of perch and 350 pounds of trophy buck venison meat.

Vac pack as well. Fishing buddy n I kept 1068 pannies to date this ice fishing season. Hardly keep any fish during open water.

Scary amounts.... They don't call me the king for nothin!  ;D ;D and long pole season is on our doorstep o boy I just LOVE how the seasons just very conveniently flow into one another... :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I only  eat  canned fish  and  tilapia ,I  like  fish that  taste really  good and i know are  safe to eat!!!!!

perch  sometimes  have  spots

Perch are the best pan fish ! Nice white meat ! The bay these are caught from is very clean and safe . The spots that your referring to Maybe grubs , 40 lbs in my freezer are grub free !!! Trapper where are you from ?

We don't waste a single fillet in this house.
Fried, scampi, fish cakes, chowder. Google and a lot of the recipes I've read here have turned me into quite the chef the last few years.
Fish cakes and chowders are good recipes to have if you do happen to freezer burn some meat.

I lose count once they hit the sink. There is no room left in my freezer for more fillets.  ;D I'm only keeping what I can eat that day from here on out. Or hooking up who ever I fish with when they don't do well.
