I fished Ponagansett today with Comeonnow , BassRi , Mr P . All pickerel till 11am when BassRI called it a day. So I moved my tilts in some new holes near where he was set up due to him using my hole as his private urinal .

but new holes produced a nice 2lb BASS !

We called it a day at 1 pm. I think I ran into Pikeanator on his way to his spot also...

LittleFish pulled out this 4.5lb Bass to take myself and Brendog out of the winners circle.

. She caught a 1 lb and a 2lb also , plus a perch and pickerel to complete her fish species Triple Play . I took a runner up 3.5 lb bass for second place .

Nice day on Ponagansett with Flik n Jen and Comeonnow . 7in of ice . Comeonnow took most bass with 6 . I caught 4 bass , with this 3 1/2lb for the biggest !

So I let Comeonnow hold it to see what a nice bass feels like .

. After this category defeat he had to drown his sorrows by shot gunning Bud Lights and Flik had to tow him off the ice in shame .

Nice bird in that bass pic. Are the edges still holding up? Our bass on Sat. all came out of the deeper holes 8-12 ft. How did it work out for you guys?

I didn't notice a bird in the picture but we did see an Eagle eat some Pickrel. Strange but Bass were caught at all depths 6' to 12' and 10' from shore to the middle of the lake.

Lots of eagle sightings out there this season. The bird in the pic is right between your index and ring finger. Oh yeah, congrats on the bass!

Fished the big P with Mr. P today. He caught a 5.6 a 3.5 and lost a good one at the hole. All I caught was a beating and a wind burn.
