I need a rough idea on who plans on attending so I can make further arrangements.....

Date will be on April 12th so the cutoff time for advance purchase will be March 31st.

Last year, a lot of ppl said they were coming and would pay at the door, and when they did not show, it made things tough on those of us that try to put this function on.

With that said, this year the cost will be Adults $20 and Kids $10 with advanced purchase and $30/$15 at the door.

1 adult for sure. Haven't decided 100% on Kendall yet. 5 y/o gets pretty cranky if she's up much past 8 so probably she's gonna wait another year.

I saw talk of this last year, but I was pretty new to iceshanty so I didn't think about going. Can you tell me some of the details (location, what goes on, etc)? Thanks!

It's an awards banquet and we have a pot luck supper. Everyone brings something to share. We try to make it a kids friendly event, as they have lots of awards to receive too. We have LOTS of trophies to give out. It's a great time and you get to meet a lot of people and put some names to faces.

I don't have a lot of details at this point, I need to make sure we have enough going to pay the expenses.

Not sure with my family.....again it falls on my daughters pagaent weekend. It may be tough for me this year.

Either way I would be willing to donate a gift certificate for a door prize. It may be a ways for some but you never know when you may travel by. I hope to make the trip however its always a great time.

Just a reminder, you have to be present to receive a trophy if you get voted for one.

For me, it's worth going just to see how happy all the kids are.

It is what it is (for this year) !!! I sure hope that ALL MEMBERS of Team Maine show their support for the banquet, by either

attending or AT LEAST send a donation to Tiny....... NO DONATION is too small. Please HELP keep the banquet alive and memorable

for those who enjoy attending....especiall y the young ones!

I found a suitable hall, but the last date available in April is the 19th, next open Saturday is May 17th. $:-\$

Don't think the 19th is enough time to get everything done??
