Angostura anone?

I was just wondering if anyone has been to or even heard anything about angy?  I know the fish is bad but wondering about ice conditions??

I just asked a co-worker about it this morning. He has a cabin down there. Said the ice is thin at best and some spots had open water last weekend. He said he went out off of a beach and about fell through. Another guy I know fished it and said they fished for three hours the other day, had a lot of encounters with really bad ice and where they could fish they didn't even mark any.
