I'm glad I bought a 6" extension this year for my old jiffy model 30. Still been getting well below minus -20f here at night. Had minus -25 last night.

Last time I measured was 16", couple weeks ago just got off ice and on my lazer was 42 cranks!!!!  Drill your holes in the right spot, Mich/Ind state line

Fished Lake WI on Saturday, downriver of the tressle if found 2ft of ice, but the further downriver I went, there was less ice. Found 1ft the furthest I went down. Quite a bit of current coming thru. Didnt catch anything, it was more for trying out the new flasher
