if my sump pump didn't crap out this morning, I was gonna be there at daylight. After running around and installing the new one, I decided to just go to Wilson Harbor just as the wind was starting to crank up. My buddy got an 18" eye out in the lake Saturday.

Ice is good by bridges.  Stay away from the bridges themselves. Thou. Never know about ice by bridge piers

Looks like nobody wants to give info...I usually do very well by Kenyon Ville bridge for c rappies and perch. C rappies in the 15' down . Alleyes in the old river channel that runs down center of the lake

Fished 2/23 ice was between 18-20" thick. I was near the island. I fished as swallow as 5' - 50' of water. No action at all.

you can get into Otter creek by the old bridge on the west side via Hanlon rd ext, Off waterport eagle harbor road. Park at the side near the barrier. Some nice drop offs on the bends , was there last week. Marked fish but no takers. Did loose my Mr Buddy heater out there somewhere  lol. So if anyone sees it, my friend had a brain fart and left it or it fell out of my sled.

We saw everything. Perch, gills, bass, a few crappie. My brother seen a walleye.  That's what's frustrating now I know there down there but won't hit. The last time there was some sort on insect bloom I wonder if there just full of them.

That could be the story all over. Never had these great ice conditions but skunked every outing. Early ice was nice. Just hope late ice is better.

My buddies have been fishing lake Alice pretty hard the last week or so and have come up with nada. They fished otter creek, out by the island, and kenyonville bridge. I've only caught through the ice in otter and had one time pounded perch out by the island. It's weird.
