private.  they are about 1/2 way between canton and macomb.  pay about 75 bucks and the guy takes you out.  nate can manage the crap out of a lake and really produce some hot spots.

Private in the sense that it is a club.  You can't just walk on.
Public as you have access if you are willing to pay to fish or join the club

I believe that's the definition of private.
