Jiffy Muffler Problem
« on: Dec 10, 2013, 09:44 PM »
I own a Jiffy SD60I ice auger that has the muffler on top. It is a metal piece that is angled away from the auger so the smoke blows the other direction. I was checking it out in my garage and realized that it had snapped off. I have contacted Jiffy several times and I am still waiting for a response. Anybody know a place where I could possibly replace it or how to fix it?

Thanks,
Jake

What about trying to order the part from Jiffy's website?  I'm not real familiar with Jiffy augers but here's a link to their parts "department".  If you still have the owner's manual they might have a schematic with part numbers.  You could also try a small engine repair shop by you and see if they have it.
