Everytime that horn goes off, the screen goes blank and no fish. I'd imagine it would get pretty annoying as well. A+ for the design

Yo Freddy,
That is some machine. That must have some skid plate. Did you see the scrubb trees he was running over. Wonder how much that machine sells for.

None of you guys braved the ice storm to fish on some good ice this weekend?   @)
Me neither - I drove to southern Maine - took 9 hours to make what I usually do in just over 6.  :%$#!:  But I'm here sitting in 50s and 60s instead of dealing with an ice storm.
Put some ice on that lake - would you?  Please?

That machine they showed in video looks like my father in laws Argo but only a one person, his u can fit up to three people in it plus it floats! Its an older one but runs excellent , he took me for a ride in it and I was very impressed on what it could do. The only thing came to mind is I have to get this thing on the ice sometime! Then he told me it floats and should be able drive it right back on ice if I was to go through, then I thought I must own one of these someday lol u could probably pick one up between 6k- 10k . Not cheap  but what is these days, plus if u hunt all yr round I'm sure u get your moneys worth out of it

New to this site. 17 years old been ice fishing with my father since i was little. Just recently become serious about it! ;D. I've spent all my money i've made from work on ice fishing equipment: New tip ups, couple of poles, jigs, boots, and my very first electronic! i got the Marcum showdown 2.0 . seems easy to use cant wait.

Just wanted to wish everyone a merry Christmas.

i feel like its the hills have eyes all over again when newbies come to fish on Oneida with you guys...they never come back

When youre a "newbie" you walk a fine line between asking someone for advice and having sombody think youre asking them exactly which lure, which spot to fish, what depth what kind of bait etc etc.  I think most of the people on these sites have good advice and have good intentions but some are extermely guarded with the info they will give out. My biggest concern is usually where the places to park are. The fun of ice fishing for me is using my flasher to figure out what works and what doesn't work. My experience on this site has been that Snagger and AW are good about giving you enough info to get you pointed in the right direction...in fact Ive fished with AW and hes great with the info when you meet him on the ice and thats all Im looking for. Just some info to get me started and Im off to the races hopefully filling a pail but happy to just be out enjoying another day on the ice. Sorry if this sounds corny but thats really what its about for me
