Difference between Jiffy Model 30 and SD60i?
« on: Aug 06, 2013, 10:10 PM »
I looked up a Jiffy Model 30 and it is exactly the same as my jiffy sd60i (model 60). Is there any difference? I know that the SD60i is a 2 horsepower and the 30 is a 3 horsepower.
Thanks.

Yup. (Unless you're speaking of the old white model 30) Same engine (52cc) and gearbox, but the 30 has the cushioned handles and the powder coated serrated ripper blades, better for re-drilling of old holes.  :)

Ya got me...my guess would be the old workhorse Model 30, the "white one".  ;D
