Hmmm.  This one could be interesting if it has some kind of gear reduction, but from the looks of the video (and a lot of "pausing") I don't think it's anything other than a handle kit for a drill.  If it DOES have a 2:1 reduction set, I'm in for one as soon as they're available.  If it's just a handle, well, meh.

Did anybody else by chance see on the Clam site that they are offering a power(gas) auger as well as the drill conversion kit? They didn't have any pricing on it listed yet when I was checking out thier site earlier. Looks to be VERY similar    to another auger out there.

I'm still waiting to buy an insulated pop up I'm hoping clam makes the 1660 mag in an insulated version this year because several of us are planning a weekend camping on ice
