Look for another shop. Those carbs are stupid easy to do. Look for the number/letter on the carb, get the appropriate kit and do it yourself. One of the things you have to watch out for is the direction of the diaphram. Some go rivet up, some go rivet down, has to do with activating the needle valve to let gas through. After that, drain the tank and carb for the off season. Mines 22 years old and works.
