Mothers brand Apple Pie Schnapps is pretty great.  High enough proof it wont freeze, sweet enough you can barely taste the alcohol

Jeez theres so many I dont want to leave anything out, makers mark blackberry brandy wild Turkey rock n rye pepper schnops etc etc just about anything last year I made some shine with apple cider and getting ready to make a batch for this year it comes out real good last year's batch was around 85 proof  but it went quick so this year were going to make way more then last year so it lasts and it would be nice to see how it is aged a bit

Mine comes "off the tap" in the 170-180 proof range....I then cut it back to 110 and flavor it....

Sounds like you are using a pot still....

I do. The second run comes out at 78%, run it though a modified Britta water filter a dozen times or so, then I cut it down to 40% and put it in a 26 liter carboy with six bags of oak chips, and leave it sit in there for a couple of years. Makes some darn fine whiskey!

Did the apple pie a couple of years ago, but didn't really like it. Never hear of cherry bounce, but not a big fan of cherries, so probably won't make it. I like making Kahlua and Irish cream, though. I also occasionally soak strawberries in the 40% cut stuff for a couple of weeks, then strain the now red alcohol and add sugar to sweeten the deal. The ladies love it, and we call it liquid panty remover.

I've always been a whiskey kind of person and for a few years have been keeping the stock holders at Red Stag happy but this summer I tried Birddog Blackberry whiskey and that's my new grab for.
