I`m back, for the time being anyway. My business sends me outa state quite a bit. I was thinking, " Lets have the members set this up themselves". If a lake is posted as just a name or way outa the criteria outlined. I will do my best to fix it or may just have to remove it. Yes each lake is a new thread. I am hoping that if someone does not have the required info, they would take the time to look it up before posting., but I understand some have the knowledge on where to find the info out and a suggested lake name may be an option. As long as its not the same person just listing lake names and no info on them. It takes a little work from us all to make this happen. Sry again, I will make sure I get o the board and check this thread for more questions. JT

Hey guys,

To get you going, I started a thread for Lake Cascade in the reports and conditions section. When you want to add lakes, just copy the format and fill in the blanks. Please try to keep the format consistent. Note that the thread is titled "Cascade" rather than "Lake Cascade", this makes it easier to find when the board becomes populated with a bunch of lakes. You can alphabetize the list by clicking on the "subject" tab at the top.

Indeed! It's good to see that is where the reports and conditions posts have been going, for the most part. Hopefully we can continue that when we finally get ice on more lakes.

I have submitted a pile of lakes for my region and encourage others to do the same. Hopefully our mods can keep the new entries coming.

Just wanted to say thanks to the Mods for getting this all set up.

The R&C board is designed to provide a current report or condition for each body of water without a whole lot of other discussion or potential drama. If you haven't seen it you should check it out. It's been a nice tool to use while still getting to chit chat on the general board about opinions and other stuff.
Thanks to everyone who helped get it going and to those that post current reports.

1. Encourage R&C reports to go to the R&C board.
2. Get requests for lakes added when R&C info ends up on this board because the lake isn't listed yet.
3. Make a report when you get out!

Thanks guys was more than happy to put it together

I do wish more members would utilize it more, instead of the of the main board. If and when a full time mod is put on the Idaho board all the R&C stuff from the main board will get moved as people try and post the info up. Which should get everyone going in the right direction
