hot spots near metro area

gonna go drill some hole in the metro area looking for a hot lake gills or crappies. anyone got any suggestions?

Three lakes on the south side for crappie once you find them you can get a lot of them

Yeah I heard fort des Moines is full of little gills and crappie is there any size to the fish there
