the latest forecast is looking pretty good. Hoping to have ice between X mas and new years, thats about normal for se MI.

45* and misty. Maybe after Christmas it will cool off enough to make ice but until then it's break even temp wise, first of the year maybe we'll get safely on. Getting to be the best we can do lately. Still have a couple tags and been hearing 'yotes consistently, can live with it

31*F with a high of 32*F today seems like there will be one last warm up around here Monday and Tuesday. then it is back to cold temps low cold temps and snow ...

I saw that for Monday/Tuesday, more rain and warmer temps...this is killing me, thought there would be ice by xmas, now it is looking like 1/1 at best

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday look to be the lest warm spell for the season. looks to be better weather after Christmas on the 25th.for south east Michigan.  will have ice just got to wait boys..

I live on the OH/MI line in SE michigan and it's definitely cooling down with the wind chill. I am not too optimistic about lake erie freezing again but hopefully we start getting ice in the adrian area and freezing the local lakes; they can be dynamite with good ice
