Fort Pond (Lancaster) and Spectacle (Lancaster) are both stocked with trout by the state. Massapoag (lunenburg) is not stocked and is a warm water fishery. Were are the ponds that you are talking about?

i was refering to fort pond (littleton),  spectacle (littleton), massapoag (dunstable), sorry for the mixup. massapoag in dunstable is stocked , theres a cravel ramp on south side of pond, owned by the state . but the gate isn't allways open.

You need to update your profile with your location! PM is a Personal Message.

Thank you
No, Thank You! The reason for requesting your location is so that members near you might be able to help you out! The ice belt is a very large place and many areas have differences due to location. I see that you are only 14, so that is the reason for the explanation. This is a fantastic site and there is one hell of a lot of experience on here!! Wonder around the site to see how it works and most of all, don't be afraid to ask questions!! Welcome to the ADDICTION!!  :icefish:

Apparently to some this is top secret info you haven't earned the right to receive yet...

That pond holds panfish like bluegill and pumpkinseeds, perch, and largemouth bass like most smaller warm-water ponds in the area. There's probably pickerel and bullheads too but I don't know that for sure.

For more fishing possibilities, check out the Mass Wildlife website for a list of pond maps in your area (or area you wish to fish.
They don't have every body of water, but enough to give you an idea of what to expect in that region.

Thank you so much! You just made my day. My uncle has told me about a rumor that the pond also holds musky. Do you know if this is true?
