New to forum question

Hello,

I had posted a thread that has since been moved.  When I click on the link to follow it, it says there is an error.  First, anyone know why it was moved?  I am new to this forum and want to make sure I am posting correctly.  Second, anyone know why I cant access it?  It says that it has been moved to Wisconsin Fishing Reports and Conditions but I cant seem to find it that way either.   Thanks.
