Did this one for a family member.

And donated this combo to a friends cancer benefit auction.

Wow, what a colorful bunch of decoys. :o
Great work guys, those are very well done.
I think it's alway more grataviying when one has sucess on a lure or in your cases a decoy that
they make themselves. @)

Keep them coming. ;)

Like I said on your other post we can't spear fish above the ice here in SK, but I think it would be still fun to make one a decoy type lure.
I would probably make one with treble hooks if I did.

Do you have any photos of a decoy with hooks?
I would think the hooks should in the middle or at either end of the decoy to balance it out eh? :-\
Would the decoys still have that nice glide with hooks in it our would that throw it off?

they call them cheaters and I've never made them but I've seen pics online, they use them a lot in Alaska where pike are non-native and a problem

Nice, yeah Andrew is convinced you have to have a live decoy, but have good fake decoys and they will come!

Hey Y-bone. You should show us a picture of that sucker you made with the wood fins and hook in its back.

This was for friend of mine, it was for his brother to hang in front of his mounted pike.
