Lets pray it didn't lock too well.  Lake effect appears to be pounding the pond.  Low teens next few nights, so I hope any snow has sank.

Sandy pond next week
I am really excited about this weather we are getting, 19 degree driving around today at noon in Oswego it must be colder at sandy pond though.  My son can't wait to get out I'm hoping that by next Monday there will be save ice there I usually try and wait to take him out until there is at least 4-5 inches.  Do you all predict that much ice by then?  My 13 year old is an ice fishing addict like myself I have been taking him out for the last 3 years just don't want to push it with unsafe ice.

I was just hoping out loud.  Was figuring maybe with a solid week of freezing maybe we would have safe ice by then.
I guess I will hope for the following weekend.

She locked up last night I heard, if it snows like they say, its doomed, would of been better if it was open water for this storm...
