take a drive by there today ,fletcher boat ramp ice about a feet off ramp i walked out about 8ft but didn't drill but did hold me up ,south mud was a little harder no water and i'm 220pds.good luck be safe.

call Malone's at Nyona, if you can catch him there working. His bait shop/store is closed till April but if he is there working he usually answers the phone. Thats where he does is taxidermy. He said he had to many heads to do this winter so he had to shut the shop down.
