favorite way to cook bullhead

what are your favorite ways to prepare and cook them?

cleaned, dipped into seasoned flour and then fried to a golden brown.

Nothing better.

Soak them in milk and egg, maybe a little mustard and/or hot sauce. Dredge them in flour with pepper (cayenne pepper too if you have it) dip in the milk again then dredge in Italian bread crumbs (Mixed with parmesean cheese is even better) Pan-fry in hot oil. Really good.

I too soak them in milk and egg. But I batter them in corn meal cayanne pepper and celery seed. Then I fry them in bacon grease. Not too good for ya but damb its gooooood

 ;D Fillet, dredge in duck eggs, then panko. Deep fry 6 minutes in canola oil. Serve with cold beer and all the hot sauce you can pour. We use Franks extra hot! ;D
I wish I was in heaven sittin down..........on a 5 gallon pail!
